Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. While all sales are generally considered final once an order has been fulfilled or delivered, we understand that unique situations can happen and we always aim to make things right when appropriate.

If your request is accepted, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, discount, or another resolution at our discretion. Items or orders reviewed without first contacting us may not be eligible for a resolution.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item, are missing an item, or believe there is an issue with your order, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

For the fastest assistance, text us at (202) 240-2565 with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos or additional information may be requested when applicable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns on opened, used, consumed, tampered-with, or delivered items.

Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, refund, replacement, or credit, including perishable goods, flower, edibles, personal-use items, special orders, promotional items, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

European Union 14 day cooling off period

This policy is intended for customers ordering within our available service areas. Weedz DC does not currently offer standard merchandise shipping into the European Union.

If this changes in the future and an order is shipped into the European Union, any applicable consumer rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
