All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, customer availability, incorrect information, third-party providers, technical issues, safety concerns, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including name, phone number, address, delivery instructions, and any other details needed to complete the order.

You agree to be available during the delivery window and to respond to reasonable communication attempts related to your order. If we are unable to reach you, verify required information, access the delivery location, or complete delivery due to customer-related issues, your order may be delayed, cancelled, or subject to additional fees.
