Weedz DC provides delivery service in select available areas, including Washington, DC and surrounding DMV locations where service is offered.

Delivery availability may vary based on your location, driver availability, order volume, weather, traffic, safety concerns, verification requirements, and other service-related factors.

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel delivery to any location if we determine that fulfilling the order may violate applicable law, create a safety concern, involve inaccurate information, or fall outside of our available service area.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are submitted and accepted by Weedz DC. We may contact you by email, phone, or text message to confirm order details, delivery information, payment details, verification requirements, or other information needed to fulfill your order.

Please make sure all information provided at checkout is accurate, including your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and any delivery instructions.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, cancellation, failed delivery, or additional fees.

Customers are responsible for being available during the delivery window and responding to reasonable communication attempts from Weedz DC or our delivery team.

If we are unable to reach you, verify required information, access the delivery location, or complete the delivery due to customer-related issues, your order may be delayed, cancelled, or subject to additional delivery or service fees.

Delivery Address and Instructions

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please include any necessary delivery instructions at checkout, such as apartment number, gate code, building access instructions, parking instructions, or preferred contact method.

Weedz DC is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment or unit numbers, restricted building access, unavailable customers, unreachable phone numbers, or incomplete delivery instructions.

Verification Requirements

We may require verification before completing an order or delivery. This may include confirming your identity, age, eligibility, payment details, order details, or other information required by law or our internal policies.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if verification cannot be completed or if we determine that the order may violate applicable law, our policies, or service requirements.

Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be considered failed if:

The customer is unavailable or does not respond to reasonable contact attempts.

The delivery location cannot be accessed.

Required verification cannot be completed.

The order cannot be safely or legally delivered.

The customer refuses the order.

If a delivery fails due to customer-related issues, the order may be cancelled, delayed, rescheduled, or subject to additional delivery or service fees at our discretion.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Weedz DC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, customs, third-party providers, or events outside of our control.

Products that are not eligible for shipping may only be available for local delivery or pickup where applicable.

Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order is missing an item, contains the wrong item, or there is another issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
